DiFabio’s Casapela opened on March 6,1995. We are a
full service Italian restaurant, with an eclectic menu that
features authentic Italian fare. We also have fresh seafood,
filet mignon,And chicken. All our dishes are made to order
and are served with our House Salad and breadsticks.
Some of our favorites dishes are , Chicken Savoy, Garlic
Mayonnaise Salmon, Pan Seared Sashimi grade Tuna with fresh
spinach, Apple wood Smoked Bacon, onions, and Gorgonzola ,
Spinach Alfredo Lasagna, Lobster Ravioli with drawn butter
and Asiago Cheese, Fabio Filet, Gorgonzola Filet, and Baked
Sea Scallops aka Coquille St. Jacques.
All of our desserts are made in-house by Pastry Chef Laura
DiFabio. Such creations as Samoa cookie cheesecake, Three
layer cappuccino cheesecake, Uptown strawberry shortcake,
Mandarin walnut white chocolate cheesecake, as well as the
traditional Tiramisu, Italian Cream cake, Key Lime pie, and
Crème Brulee’. Whole cakes and pies and any other
dessert available for purchase, (one week noticed required).
